The Role:

  • Track and optimize performance of growth initiatives across outbound and on app channels

  • Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to extract valuable insights and trends.

  • Create insightful dashboard to enable business team with easy access to actionable data.

  • Design, develop, and automate data pipelines using Python scripts and SQL to support customer engagement initiatives

  • Collaborate with data science team to develop ML models for personalization and automation initiatives

  • Design and oversee A/B tests using their knowledge of statistical methods (t-tests, chi-squared etc.)

 

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.

  • Experience in data engineering, data analysis, or related roles.

  • Intermediate to proficient SQL skills to perform data analysis

  • Experienced in Scripting and automation of tasks using Python(Pandas, Numpy, Requests, JSON) preferred 

  • Fluent in Statistical concepts including A/B testing, uplift calculation, p-test, t-test, statistical significance 

  • Good understanding of statistics and its application to data analysis.

  • Basic understanding of data science concepts and methodologies.

  • Experience in the consumer internet industry is a plus.

  • Experience of working with dashboarding tools like Tableau, Power BI, Superset..

  • 5 years  of prior experience in Product Analytics or other forms of data analysis in a high-tech company.

  • Preferred to have an experience working in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and working under tight deadlines.
