The Role:

  • We need to deliver features to the market in a quick and seamless way. You will be the owner of the UX of the features of your tribe, including those from the more junior members of the team. 

  • Your work doesn’t end when the feature is in production, you will need to review its success post-release and suggest improvements.

  • Conduct user research, competitive analysis, contextual research, and so on, to improve the product and help other teams. You will also use various analytics tools to make informed decisions.

  • Coordinate with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to ensure accurate implementation of the features and help them find solutions to the problems that can appear during the implementation phase, with a feature-ship mindset focusing on releasing valuable things to the users.

  • You will take ownership of your work while delivering a consistent user experience across the product. You are 100% Autonomous.


What we are looking for:

  • Significant experience/background focusing on Product Design. Proficiency in Information Architecture, layout, typography, visual hierarchy, desktop/mobile UI, color, typography, iconography, and aesthetic sense and how these elements impact product function.

  • Strong portfolio. Demonstrable design expertise on successfully launched projects, not just concepts - applications without a portfolio won’t be considered.

  • Interaction Design skills. Define how an experience should behave based on understanding people's needs and considering how this innovation will scale. 

  • Expertise in prototyping to demonstrate how a particular flow or interaction will work.

  • Expertise in Figma as design software.

  • Solid organization and planning skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while setting appropriate expectations and meeting realistic deadlines.

  • Technical | Development Handoff & Quality Control: Prepare specs and assets in a manner that does not cause any confusion. Consistently contact developers and product managers during development to ensure solutions are adequately implemented. I ensure that the design and implementation match before going live.

  • Customer Obsession. You strive to deliver “wow” moments throughout all the touchpoints of the customer journey.

  • Humble & Collaborative. You thrive on feedback.

  • Market & Trends Awareness. Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, competitive landscape, and market trends.
