The Role

• Business & Product Context: Engage deeply with product and operations teams to understand the overarching business context, ensuring that ML solutions are not only technically sound but also aligned with product objectives and operational workflows.

• Collaborative Development: Partner with product managers, business leaders, and software engineers to seamlessly build and integrate ML models into the core platform.

• Data Engineering: Build data processing, automated feature extraction, feature store management, and production-level data pipelines.

• Deployment & Integration: Collaborate with software and devops engineers to deploy and integrate ML models into production, ensuring their compatibility and performance.

  
  
  

What we are looking for

• Expertise in ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and ML workflow frameworks such as MLflow and Kubeflow. Proficiency in leveraging cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.

• Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and optimizing ML models

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• In-depth understanding of essential algorithms, data structures, and ML techniques, ensuring the selection of the most suitable methods for specific business challenges.

• Capability in integrating ML models into production systems using platforms like Vertex AI, Amazon SageMaker, or TensorFlow Serving

• Understanding of microservices architecture and API integrations
